Kwabena Adu Boahene, former Director-General of the National Signals Bureau (NSB), is unwavering in his belief that he will be cleared of any wrongdoing after being accused of embezzling GH₵39 million in state funds.
Appearing in court on March 28, 2025, for a bail hearing, he remained upbeat as he left the Accra Human Rights Court, despite his bail being reduced from GH₵120 million to GH₵80 million.
When asked by JoyNews’ Latif Iddrisu if he was confident in proving his innocence, Adu Boahene quickly replied, “Definitely. I have not been charged with anything yet, none whatsoever. I will come out innocent.”
