Parliament is set to begin the registration of Members of Parliament-elect for the 9th Parliament of the 4th Republic.
A statement released on December 24, 2024, announced that the registration process will start online on Wednesday, December 25, 2024.
Following this, in-person registration will take place from January 2 to January 6, 2025.
Parliament will send personalized invitations via WhatsApp and email to all MPs-elect. For further clarification or assistance, members can contact the designated officers at 055 022 2200 or 050 363 4466.
The registration process is a critical step in preparing for the swearing-in ceremony of the new Parliament.
