The Speaker of Parliament, Alban S. K. Bagbin, addressing a press conference in Accra on Wednesday afternoon, stated that the powers of the Judiciary end where the authority of Parliament begins.
He argued that both the President and the Judiciary have violated the 1992 Constitution by attempting to interfere in the affairs of Parliament.
According to him, the Judiciary and Executive are seemingly colluding to weaken Parliament.
