Hoe-Wielding ‘Madman’ Arrested for Wreaking Havoc on Parliament Vehicles

A yet-to-be-identified man has been arrested for vandalizing vehicles on the premises of Parliament in Accra.
According to Adom News’ Parliamentary correspondent, Ohene Amponsah, the suspect stormed the car park and smashed the windscreens and windows of several vehicles, including Land Cruisers, using a hoe.
Parliamentary security personnel quickly intervened, apprehending the man before he could cause further damage. The suspect was subsequently handed over to police officers stationed at Parliament.
While being restrained, the man was heard uttering the words, “Father, have mercy on them; they do not know what they are doing.”
The owners of the damaged vehicles have yet to be identified, and the police have launched an investigation into the incident.
