Alan Kyerematen, Founder and Flagbearer of the Movement for Change, has confidently stated that Ghanaian voters have made up their minds to reject the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the December 7 elections.
In an exclusive interview on the Lawson TV/Radio Ghana Se Sen Morning Show with Kwame Tanko, Alan Kyerematen expressed concern that the NPP’s manifesto offers no concrete solutions to revive Ghana’s economy.
He questioned the NPP’s message, highlighting that while they tout the Free SHS policy, it is already in place and any future government will continue it.
Alan Kyerematen stressed that Ghanaians are yearning for a credible national development plan that can lead the country to prosperity.
Pointing to widespread dissatisfaction, he noted that the NPP and NDC have both failed after 32 years in power, with Ghana still facing economic hardships. He remarked, “The NDC ended their term with the IMF, and now the NPP is doing the same. Their values are the same.”
During his campaign, Alan Kyerematen said he observed high unemployment rates and many communities lacking access to clean drinking water, further emphasizing the stark divisions in the country, where everything seems politicized.
He concluded that the people of Ghana know that only he offers a compelling vision for the country’s future.
