CAF Awards 2024: A Night of African Football Excellence

The 2024 CAF Awards ceremony, held in Marrakech, Morocco, celebrated the best of African football.

Nigeria’s Ademola Lookman was the star of the night, winning the prestigious Men’s Player of the Year award.

His outstanding performances for both club and country, including a crucial role in Nigeria’s AFCON final run and a stunning hat-trick in the Europa League final, earned him the coveted honor.

Zambia’s Barbra Banda continued her dominance, securing the Women’s Player of the Year award. The 24-year-old’s impressive performances for Orlando Pride and the Zambian national team have solidified her status as one of Africa’s top female footballers.
