Glitters Stars Academy is back in the spotlight as it proudly re-enters the Perfect Series Basic Schools Assessment Contest (PSBSAC), determined more than ever to take home the trophy.
The school, located at Achiase-Amoam in Ejisu, was the final stop for the Ashanti Region auditions, and the atmosphere on campus was electric as students and staff geared up for another shot at victory.
Speaking with Lawson News, School Director Mrs. Fati Anyass expressed unshakable confidence in her team’s potential. “This year, the sky is our limit—we’re going beyond it. Our students have grown tremendously, and we’re aiming for nothing less than first place,” she said.
Mrs. Anyass noted that participating in the PSBSAC has significantly improved the academic performance and confidence of their learners. “It’s not just about winning—it’s about showing our students that they can stand tall even against bigger schools,” she added.
She also praised the Perfect Series textbooks, calling them a vital part of their preparation. “We use the Perfect Series books because they truly live up to their name. The language is clear and easy for learners to understand. I encourage other schools to try them out.”
Ibrahim Musah, proprietor of Glitters Stars Academy, echoed these sentiments. “The contest has given our students valuable exposure. It has removed the fear of competition and replaced it with confidence.”
Teachers at the academy are equally optimistic. According to them, the school has put in significant preparation and is ready to go all the way.
“This contest pushes our students to challenge themselves—and that’s how they grow,” one teacher shared.
The students who sat for the audition said the exam was fair and matched what they had studied.
“Everything we learned came in the questions,” one student said confidently. Others admitted some questions were tricky but remain hopeful about securing a win.
With excitement in the air and strong backing from staff and leadership, Glitters Stars Academy is clearly aiming for gold this year.
