The Operation Recover All Loot (ORAL) team, led by Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, has officially received a detailed dossier on the National Service Authority’s ghost names scandal, which has reportedly cost Ghana over GHS 500 million.
The dossier was submitted by The Fourth Estate and the Media Foundation for West Africa, organizations renowned for their investigative journalism and advocacy for good governance.
In a Facebook post on Friday, Ablakwa commended the presenting organizations for their patriotism, writing, “We are extremely grateful to The Fourth Estate and the Media Foundation for West Africa for the presentation and their exceptional patriotism. Together, we shall reset Ghana and recover all loot.”
The ORAL team is dedicated to unearthing fraudulent practices within public institutions, recovering lost funds, and holding perpetrators accountable.

Comprised of notable members such as former Auditor-General Daniel Domelevo, retired Police Commissioner COP (Rtd.)
