The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has declared former Finance Minister Kenneth Nana Yaw Ofori-Atta a fugitive.
At a press briefing held on Wednesday, February 12, Special Prosecutor Kissi Agyebeng announced, “The fugitive’s name is Kenneth Ofori-Atta.”
Mr. Agyebeng further issued a stern warning: “Mr. Ofori-Atta, you have two choices: return to the jurisdiction voluntarily or face the consequences.”
The declaration marks a significant turn in the OSP’s ongoing pursuit of justice.
