Joseph Yamin, the National Organiser of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), has confidently asserted that John Dramani Mahama has already secured the 2024 Presidential election.
According to Mr. Yamin, Mr. Mahama is merely awaiting the official announcement from the Electoral Commission to confirm his win.
Speaking on the debut episode of Ghana Se Sen with Kwame Tanko on Lawson TV and Radio, Mr. Yamin emphasized the overwhelming support he’s observed on the ground.
“As someone rooted in the grassroots, I can tell you the response is tremendous. The public sentiment clearly favors Mahama. If you think otherwise, you’re mistaken,” he told Kwame Tanko
Mr. Yamin expressed optimism that, a year from now, Ghanaians will be liberated from the challenges imposed by the Akufo-Addo-Bawumia administration.
He highlighted the stark contrast in fuel prices, noting that a gallon of petrol was 14 cedis during the NDC’s tenure but has skyrocketed to 14 cedis per litre under the current NPP government.
