The National Democratic Congress (NDC) is confident it will reclaim all disputed parliamentary seats initially won by its candidates.

This optimism follows a Supreme Court ruling overturning a High Court order for the Electoral Commission (EC) to re-collate results in six constituencies.

While the Apex Court upheld re-collation for the Nsawam Adoagyiri and Ahafo Ano North constituencies, it quashed decisions affecting Tema Central, Okaikwei Central, Techiman South, and Ablekuma North.

Reacting to the ruling, NDC Deputy Director of Elections and IT, Dr. Rashid Tanko-Computer, described the decision as a victory for democracy.

“We’ve taken four today, and we will pursue the remaining three relentlessly. This lawless EC must be held accountable for defying Supreme Court orders and trying to impose illegality. Justice is on our side, and we will not rest until every seat is rightfully restored,” he declared.
