At least four individuals are reported to be in serious condition, while others remain trapped beneath the wreckage in Glilot, located just north of Tel Aviv.
Authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding the event, which local media are treating as a potential assault.
Israeli news broadcasts captured images of police sealing off the area as emergency crews rushed to assist the injured, with a helicopter hovering overhead.
At 10:08 AM, the MDA’s emergency call center received reports of the truck hitting the bus stop on Aharon Yariv Boulevard in Ramat Hasharon.
“MDA EMTs and paramedics are currently providing medical treatment on-site to dozens of casualties,” stated Israel’s emergency services. They reported that among the injured, four are in serious condition, two are moderately injured, and four sustained mild injuries.
