Reverence Preparatory School, located at Offinso Old Town in the Ashanti Region, is fired up and ready for the second edition of the Perfect Series Basic Schools Assessment Contest (PSBSAC).

With auditions successfully completed, the school is determined to rise above their fifth-place finish in the maiden edition.
In an exclusive interview with Lawson News, the school’s Principal, Mr. Prince Assuming, expressed that although participating in the first edition helped boost the confidence and courage of their students, they were not satisfied with their position.

“We weren’t happy placing fifth, so we’ve gone back, corrected our mistakes, and this time, we’re aiming for the ultimate prize,” he said confidently.
Mr. Assuming noted that the school’s learners are fully prepared and motivated to bring the trophy home.

He also highlighted that the school uses the Perfect Series Textbooks extensively, describing them as detailed, well-illustrated, and tailored to meet the learning needs of kindergarten and primary students.
“There are things in the Perfect Series books that you won’t find elsewhere. The explanations are in-depth and the visuals make learning easier and more enjoyable,” he added.

The teaching staff echoed the same optimism, saying that they have analyzed their performance in the maiden edition, addressed their shortcomings, and are entering the second edition stronger than ever.

One teacher mentioned, “The students are more eager and prepared this time because they know what’s at stake. These textbooks are a game changer, and any school not using them is short-changing its pupils.”

The learners themselves are equally enthusiastic. After the auditions, several students shared their experiences. While some described the questions as tough, they remained hopeful and determined to excel. One confident student remarked, “The questions were great, and I managed to answer all of them. We’re ready to bring the trophy home!”
Reverence Preparatory School is clearly on a mission — and all eyes will be on them in the upcoming PSBSAC second edition.
