President John Dramani Mahama has unveiled the second batch of regional ministerial appointments, aiming to enhance governance and further his administration’s development objectives.

This new round of nominations includes key appointments for the Western, Western North, and Central regions, bringing the total number of regional ministers-designate to 13. Three regions—Bono, Bono East, and Upper West—remain to be filled.

The nominees for the respective regions are:

  • Wilbert Petty Brentum for Western North
  • Eduamoah Ekow Panyin Okyere for Central Region
  • Joseph Nelson for Western Region
