The Islamic burial service for Hajia Saudatu Sulemana Muntaka, the late mother of Mohammed Muntaka Mubarak, Interior Minister and Member of Parliament for Asawase, drew a significant gathering of dignitaries and mourners.
Among those in attendance were the Inspector General of Police (IGP) and senior officials from various security agencies. Members of Parliament, constituents of Asawase, and other sympathizers joined the family to honor the memory of the late Hajia Saudatu.
