The Ministry for Youth Development and Empowerment has unveiled plans to establish job centers in every district, aiming to create widespread employment opportunities for the nation’s youth.
During a working visit to the Youth Employment Agency (YEA), Minister George Opare Addo reaffirmed his commitment to decentralizing job placement services.
He emphasized that this initiative will bridge gaps in access to career guidance, training, and job opportunities in both public and private sectors.
In an interview with Citi News, Mr. Opare Addo highlighted the government’s vision to reposition YEA as a hub for employment and training. “President Mahama is committed to ensuring YEA becomes a refuge for young job seekers.
