Election 2024: NPP Sets Stage for a Thrilling Finale with “Possibilities Victory Rally”

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) will cap off its nationwide campaign with a grand “Possibilities Victory Rally” on December 5, 2024, at the UG Sports Directorate Park, opposite the University of Ghana Sports Stadium in Accra.
In a statement issued on November 30, 2024, NPP National Organiser Henry Nana Boakye invited party members, supporters, and the public to attend what he called a “historic programme.” The event will be broadcast live across all major media platforms.
The rally will feature high-profile speakers, including President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, NPP flagbearer Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, former President John Agyekum Kufuor, and key party leaders like Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, Mr. Stephen Ayesu Ntim, and Mr. Justin Kodua Frimpong.
A Day of Political Showdowns
Interestingly, December 5 also marks the National Democratic Congress (NDC)’s final rally, making it a day of intense political rivalry.
While the NPP will highlight its achievements and vision under Dr. Bawumia, the NDC, led by John Dramani Mahama, will counter with critiques of the NPP’s record and unveil its governance plans.
With just two days to the December 7 polls, the back-to-back rallies set the stage for an electrifying climax to one of Ghana’s most competitive elections.
