The Queen Mother of Bechem, Nana Adwoa Por Dwamena, has urged Ghanaians to rally behind Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) candidate, in the upcoming December elections to ensure continued national advancement.
She expressed her unwavering belief in Dr. Bawumia’s potential to drive the nation’s development, stating he is exceptionally equipped to elevate Ghana to new heights.
During a recent stakeholder meeting with the Vice President on November 1, Nana Adwoa Por Dwamena emphasized the importance of voting for a leader who will honor their commitments to the populace.
“I urge Ghanaians to prioritize what benefits us all. Let’s choose someone who delivers on their promises. Putting Ghana first will pave the way for a brighter future for our children.
“We must avoid regression and instead move forward. Let’s give Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia the opportunity to continue the progress already initiated and to showcase his capabilities.
“He has proven himself, and we believe he will excel if given the chance. So, I appeal to all Ghanaians, especially in Bechem and Ahafo, to vote thoughtfully.
“As traditional leaders, we usually stay out of politics, but many of us recognize his achievements and are confident that his election will lead to Ghana’s progress,” she stated.
