Richard Ahiagbah, the Director of Communications for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has made it clear that the party’s post-election report will not be made public.

The report, compiled by a committee led by Prof. Mike Oquaye, assesses the NPP’s performance in the 2024 general elections and is intended solely for internal purposes.

In an interview after the party’s meeting in Accra on April 16, Ahiagbah explained that the document is designed to aid the NPP’s reform process and help prepare the party for success in the 2028 elections. He emphasized that while the report contains valuable insights, it will remain confidential.

“The report is not meant for public consumption; it’s an internal working document,” he stated. “However, key takeaways from the findings will be shared with our supporters in a way that aligns with the document’s confidentiality.”

Ahiagbah reassured party members that the report’s recommendations will play a crucial role in guiding the NPP’s strategy and internal reforms as they focus on the 2028 elections.
