Lordina International School Launches Redemption Mission in PSBSAC 2025
After a challenging debut, the Kumasi-based school returns with renewed focus, stronger preparation, and eyes firmly set on the trophy.

- Stronger preparation and strategy for 2025
- Fueled by experience from last year’s contest
- Aiming for top awards and ultimate victory
Lordina International School has officially reignited its journey in the Perfect Series Basic Schools Assessment Contest (PSBSAC) 2025 and this time, they’re coming back with a mission.
After competing in the inaugural edition, the school held its auditions for this year’s contest on Monday, April 14, 2024.
Speaking on the school’s renewed participation, Headmaster Mr. Stephen Antwi expressed strong optimism about their chances this year.
“Our performance in the first edition was commendable, and the students gave it their all,” he said. “But this year, they’ve learned, grown, and are coming back stronger. We’re aiming not just for participation — we’re going for the awards and the trophy.”
Mr. Antwi also highlighted the role of the Perfect Series Textbooks in their preparations. According to him, the materials have been instrumental in aligning their curriculum with the Ghana Education Service standards and have made learning more accessible for the students.
Reflecting on last year’s experience, some teachers admitted that inadequate preparation might have affected their performance.
However, they’re confident that this time around, things are different. “We are back to redeem ourselves. We hope to win — and we will win,” one teacher boldly declared.
Students who took part in the recent audition shared mixed reactions. While some found the exam “very cheap” and were confident of scoring 100%, others admitted it was challenging but manageable.
With stronger preparation, renewed motivation, and a hunger for success, Lordina International School is set to make a powerful comeback at PSBSAC 2024.
