Lofty Pacesetters School Complex is stepping into the spotlight as they gear up for their first appearance in the Perfect Series Basic Schools Assessment Contest (PSBSAC).
The Atimatim-based school held their official auditions for the contest on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, right on their campus.
Speaking to Lawson News, Mrs. Diana Asare, Proprietress of the school, shared what inspired them to finally join the competition.
“We decided to observe the first edition and see how it played out—and we were really impressed. Everything ran smoothly,” she explained. “After discussing it with the school’s management, we spoke with parents and were able to get their full support for the students to participate this year.”
Mrs. Asare added that their goal is nothing short of the championship title, even though this is only the second edition of the contest.
She also praised the Perfect Series Textbooks used by the school, highlighting their alignment with the national curriculum, their quality content, and even the durable book covers. “I highly recommend these books to every school,” she said.
Teachers at Lofty Pacesetters echoed her optimism, expressing confidence that the PSBSAC will help boost both the academic performance and self-confidence of their students.
“I believe in the strength of our students—they can do it. I have 100% faith in our learners,” one teacher enthusiastically remarked.
As for the students themselves, they described the assessment experience as “cool” and “good.” While some admitted to feeling nervous at the beginning, they said things became much easier once they got started.
