Former President John Agyekum Kufuor has passionately called on Ghanaians to vote in large numbers for the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) presidential candidate, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, in the upcoming 2024 elections.
Kufuor appealed to the youth to make a wise choice by backing Dr. Bawumia, emphasizing that his leadership will open doors to opportunities that will positively impact their future.
He also encouraged party members to foster unity and reconciliation, rallying behind Bawumia’s candidacy. According to Kufuor, Ghana urgently needs a leader who comprehends the transformative power of digitalization, which he believes has the potential to revolutionize the nation’s economy and development.
Speaking at the NPP’s final rally at the University of Ghana Sports Park on December 5, Kufuor declared, “The future is in your hands, make the right choice by electing Dr. Bawumia, and watch Ghana progress.”
Kufuor further stressed that only the NPP has the vision to propel Ghana forward, recalling how the party has consistently applied the wisdom of past leaders to navigate challenges.
