EC Unveils Polling Stations for 2024 Elections
Over 40,000 Locations Ready for December Voting
- 40,975 will be operational on December 7, 2024
- 40,647 designated for general voting
- 328 locations set up for special voting needs
The Electoral Commission (EC) has announced the list of polling stations for the upcoming presidential and parliamentary elections.
In a press release dated October 10 and signed by Deputy Chairman Samuel Tettey, the Commission revealed that a total of 40,975 polling stations will be used for the elections on December 7, 2024.
The breakdown includes 40,647 main polling stations and 328 special voting centers.
