Maxwell Kofi Jumah, Managing Director of GIHOC Distilleries Limited, has predicted that that NPP flagbearer Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia will garner more votes in the Ashanti Region than President Akufo-Addo and former President John Agyekum Kufuor.
During an exclusive interview on the Ghana Se Sen Morning Show with Kwame Tanko, Hon. Kofi Jumah expressed his initial fears based on reports he received in Accra.
However, upon campaigning in the Ashanti Region, he found the sentiment to be quite the opposite.
Kofi Ghana as he is fondly called emphasized that the upcoming 2024 elections hinge on a candidate capable of implementing transformative policies to ease the citizens’ burdens, pointing out that Bawumia has already laid out such plans.
He also highlighted the growing political awareness among voters, stating that they are no longer swayed by superficial incentives.
