A tragic and horrifying incident unfolded in Adum Dominase, a community in the Mpohor District of the Western Region, where a mortician was burned alive by an enraged mob following allegations of ritual murders.

The mortician, popularly known as Uncle Jay, was reportedly behaving abnormally in public, drawing the attention of residents. His erratic actions and cryptic remarks sparked suspicion that he was involved in a series of mysterious deaths and disappearances within the community.

The situation reached a boiling point when a young girl, Daina, who had been missing for two days, was discovered dead in a horrifying state. Daina’s body had been mutilated, with some parts missing, and was left abandoned in the community town hall. The discovery plunged the community into anger and fear, with many believing the mortician to be behind her death and possibly others.
