The National Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, has cautioned Ghanaians to be wary of what he called the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) manipulative “skirt and blouse” strategy.
During the NDC’s final rally at Zurak Park in Madina, Asiedu Nketiah urged party supporters to remain focused and united when casting their votes.
He stressed the importance of voting for both the NDC’s presidential and parliamentary candidates, rejecting any efforts to divide the vote. “The NPP is now trying to convince you to vote for John Mahama and our parliamentary candidates separately. But we won’t fall for their tricks. President Mahama will return to office with a strong parliamentary majority. We’re voting for Mahama and our parliamentary candidates. I’ve worked closely with the 276 parliamentary candidates across the country, and we are confident of a resounding victory,” he declared.
