MTN Ghana Foundation has commissioned an ultra-modern library in Wiamoase, Ashanti Region, to promote educational growth and development.
This state-of-the-art Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) library is designed to equip students with the skills needed to drive Ghana’s economic growth.
The library, which is the first of its kind in the Ashanti Region, is part of MTN Ghana Foundation’s corporate social responsibility initiatives.
Similar libraries have been commissioned in Mamfe, Dansoman, and Akim Oda.
Robert Kuzoe, Head of MTN Ghana Foundation, emphasized that the foundation focuses on three key areas: Education, Health, and Economic Empowerment.
He encouraged students to make the most of this opportunity, which aims to provide them with the same advantages as their peers in more privileged areas.
The library is equipped with robotic equipment, laptops, and desktops to support STEM education.
