Shatta Wale has fired back at Black Sherif following the young artist’s recent social media mockery. During a Twitter Space on November 4, 2024, Shatta Wale warned Black Sherif to stop making foolish moves and reminded him of his reputation for bringing careers to a halt.
Addressing rumors that he criticized Black Sherif’s style, Shatta Wale clarified that he had only offered praise, not criticism.
“You didn’t even take time to understand the good things I said about you,” Shatta Wale said, adding that while he didn’t always understand Sherif’s fashion choices, he had never called them bad. “Your dressing is nice, but some of it I don’t get. You’re the fashion expert; you should explain,” he added.
Shatta also warned Black Sherif to be mindful of the industry’s negative influences and not to make hasty decisions that could harm his career.
Drawing a parallel with past rumors about tensions with Sarkodie, he stressed that he harbors no ill feelings toward Black Sherif and believes there’s no need for rivalry.
