Eyewitnesses reported that the infant was found in a hole that had been dug by the unknown perpetrator, who remains at large.
Madam Osei Akyeiama, the healthcare worker who received the baby, confirmed that she is alive and currently receiving medical care.
“The baby was rescued around 2 am, and thankfully, she’s stable,” stated Madam Akyeiama.
