President Akufo-Addo has lauded the reconciliation efforts in Dagbon, calling them a model for traditional leadership across Ghana.

During his visit to the Dagbon palace on October 15, the President emphasized the importance of the peace achieved in the region and its positive impact on the nation’s traditional institutions.

He commended Yaa Naa Abukari Andani II for his effective reign and exemplary leadership, acknowledging the Yaa Naa’s vital role in promoting unity and stability within the Dagbon Kingdom.

The President remarked that the reconciliation process in Dagbon could serve as a blueprint for other regions facing similar challenges.

President Akufo-Addo highlighted the collaborative efforts in Dagbon as a demonstration of the potential of traditional institutions to foster peace and development.
