A 60-year-old man, Kwame Atuah, has been arrested by police after allegedly slashing the face of 50-year-old Akwasi Tawiah with a razor blade in New Edubiase, Ashanti Region.
The incident unfolded during a heated argument that escalated into violence when Atuah brandished the blade.
Bystanders quickly intervened, apprehending Atuah and turning him over to authorities.
Tawiah was rushed to St. Benito Hospital, where he is being treated for multiple facial wounds. Police confirmed his injuries and provided a medical report.
Atuah is currently in custody and is set to face charges of causing harm in court.
