The Ghana Health Service has reported 11 confirmed cases, with 214 suspected cases currently under investigation.

Municipal Health Director Bertha Arthur has emphasized the seriousness of the situation, stating that the number of cases signifies an emergency.

The Health Directorate is implementing control measures and intensifying public education on hygiene practices.

Residents are strongly urged to practice good hygiene and seek immediate medical attention if they experience cholera symptoms such as dehydration, diarrhea, and vomiting.
