Zoomlion Ghana Limited has responded to a report in the Daily Guide newspaper on Monday, April 7, 2025, which accused the company of being involved in the destruction of property owned by Turkish investors by alleged “Zoomlion Landguards.”

In a statement, the company’s management strongly rejected these claims, clarifying that Zoomlion Ghana Limited does not employ or engage landguards in any capacity.

The company emphasized that it strictly operates in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana and is committed to maintaining ethical business practices.

Zoomlion further expressed its disappointment with the false association of the company with violence and destruction, noting that, as a private entity, it values collaboration for development and has had the privilege of working with several respected international firms.

The company categorically denied the allegations and called for any grievances or issues to be addressed through proper legal channels, adhering to the rule of law.
