The Women’s Premier League side comfortably defeated lower division team Blacoe Soccer Queens 2-0 on Sunday, January 19, in their Round of 16 clash.
The victory sees Coach Boniface Ayipah’s side move into the last eight of the prestigious competition.
Ampem Darkoa Ladies also secured a quarterfinal spot with a 1-2 win over Dreamz Ladies, while Jonina Ladies triumphed 0-2 against Sissamba Ladies.
In a tightly contested match, Northern Ladies triumphed in a penalty shootout against FC Savannah after the teams finished 1-1 in regular time.
Sung Shining Ladies also progressed to the next stage following their win over Tuutingli Unity Ladies.
Faith Ladies edged Soccer Intellectuals 0-1 to also secure their spot, while Rootz Sistaz delivered a dominant performance to defeat Anlo Ladies.
