Finance Minister Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson has reaffirmed the government’s dedication to the 24-Hour Economy Policy, positioning it as a key pillar in the 2025 budget.

Presenting the 2025 Budget Statement and Economic Policy in Parliament on Tuesday, March 11, Dr. Forson emphasized that the initiative is designed to drive economic transformation by promoting round-the-clock business operations, boosting productivity, and fostering sustained growth.

“We remain committed to the pursuit of the 24-Hour Economy Policy,” he declared, highlighting its role in strengthening Ghana’s economic resilience.

He further assured that the government would officially present the policy to Parliament for deliberation in due course.
