The maize farm of Savannah Regional Minister, Saeed Muhazu Jibril, was tragically engulfed in flames by unknown assailants in the Damongo municipality of the Savannah Region.
Despite efforts to safeguard the farm with fire belts, the fire rapidly consumed the harvest, leaving the minister and his farm manager in disbelief.
Farm workers, overcome with emotion, could only watch as their labor went up in smoke.
