“This program, if implemented, would help GNAT-LAS Kwabre District progress steadily,” she asserted, adding that she is hopeful members will renew her mandate to continue the impactful work.
With the support of stakeholders and a growing base of women educators behind her, Madam Tirza Appiah Kubi is poised to redefine female leadership in education through innovation, health, and grassroots engagement.
She hopes to organize practical training sessions for GNAT-LAS members in the areas of entrepreneurial skills and cyber business.
In less than a year in office, Madam Tirzah Appiah-Kubi boasts of successfully holding orientation for Local GNAT-LAS Coordinators, organizing Roundtable Congresses for all the six Locals and promoting the welfare of Lady GNAT members.
She disclosed that through her leadership, Kwabre GNATLAS organized a highly pitched District Roundtable Congress 2025 which has attracted the attention several non-GNAT teachers, to the association.
”After that programme, many GNAT members who had been inactive for years are running back to the association because what they saw before, during and after the programme showed that the association in Kwabre has been re-energized”, she noted.
