The Supreme Court has annulled re-collated parliamentary election results for Okaikwei Central, Ablekuma North, Tema Central, and Techiman South.

This landmark decision invalidates the Electoral Commission’s (EC) revised declarations, following heated legal and political disputes.

The court, however, upheld the re-collated results for Nsawam Adoagyiri and Ahafo Ano East.

This ruling reinforces the judiciary’s pivotal role in addressing electoral irregularities and ensuring constitutional compliance.
