A 17-year-old motorcyclist tragically lost his life after being struck by a speeding bus, registration number GW 6575-21, on the Borae Kete-Krachi Highway in the Oti Region.
The incident unfolded on the afternoon of Wednesday, February 5, 2025, plunging the local community into mourning.
Eyewitnesses reported that the bus, en route from Dambai to Krachi, was traveling at high speed when it collided with the rider, identified as Unyimbe.
The teenager suffered fatal head injuries and died instantly at the scene.
