Reverend Isaac Owusu-Bempah, leader of Glorious Word Power Ministries International, has publicly apologized for his past attacks on former President John Dramani Mahama, admitting that he was misled by political influences.
In a heartfelt confession, the controversial preacher, once a vocal critic of Mahama, revealed that he now sees the former president as a man with a good heart, following personal interactions and divine revelation.
“I was blinded and wasted my time on unnecessary things,” Owusu-Bempah said. “I now realize that Mahama is a man with a good heart.”
The preacher expressed deep regret for attacking Mahama, acknowledging that the former president’s character and leadership qualities go beyond politics. “How could I have spoken badly against such a person? When I think of those days, I am beyond pained,” he confessed.
Owusu-Bempah also accused some members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) of manipulating him to oppose Mahama, only to later turn against him. He further criticized former President Nana Akufo-Addo, accusing him of ingratitude despite his earlier support.
