Residents of Anloga, a town in the Volta Region, have formally petitioned the police to investigate the brutal killing of Dorcas Korkor Tetteh, a beloved local eatery owner, who was found dead in her home on December 28, 2024.

Dorcas, affectionately known as “The Base of Anloga Kportorgbe,” was highly respected in the community for her warmth, generosity, and unwavering support for her neighbors. Her untimely death has sent shockwaves through the community, leaving her family, friends, and loyal patrons devastated.
The lifeless body of Dorcas Korkor Tetteh was discovered in her bedroom, which was attached to her eatery, early on the morning of December 28. Preliminary reports suggest that she had been strangled. Witnesses also reported that one of her windows appeared to have been forcibly opened, indicating a potential break-in or an attack by someone who had gained unauthorized access to her home.
