Prabon Greenfields, a high-end gated community, was initially targeted towards affluent returnees and diasporans seeking luxury residences in Kumasi. However, the company has responded to growing demand for more accessible housing within a well-planned, gated community setting.

These new ‘Ashanti Pride’ homes provide first-time buyers the opportunity to live in a quality gated community at attractive prices.
