Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, Minister of Education and Member of Parliament for Bosomtwe Constituency, has urged voters to avoid supporting John Mahama in the upcoming elections.
He emphasized that under the leadership of President Akufo-Addo, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has spearheaded significant advancements in the nation’s education system.
In a candid interview with Kwame Tanko on Lawson TV/Radio ‘Ghana Se Se Sen’ Morning Show, Dr. Adutwum warned that a return to power by Mahama and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) would roll back these educational gains.
He appealed, “Ghanaians, don’t lose patience with us. If you give us another four years, we will build more schools and make education even more appealing. The progress we’ve made deserves another mandate.”
Dr. Adutwum, stressing that education transcends politics, assured that his commitment to Ghana’s educational development is rooted in a genuine concern for the country’s future.
“I don’t mix politics with education because my focus is on the nation’s welfare,” he said.
