The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Professionals Forum (ProForum) has recognized Speaker of Parliament, Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin, for his outstanding contributions to democracy, governance, and national development in Ghana.

A citation was presented to Mr. Bagbin, who served as Speaker from 2021 to 2024, acknowledging his remarkable leadership across various roles in his illustrious political career.

Ambassador Sam Pee Yalley, Global President of ProForum, highlighted Mr. Bagbin’s achievements during the award ceremony at Parliament in Accra. These include his tenure as Majority Leader, Minister for Health, and his instrumental role in strengthening parliamentary practice and governance.
