Manchester City are on the verge of signing Eintracht Frankfurt forward Omar Marmoush. Sources have confirmed to the BBC that a verbal agreement has been reached between the two clubs, although the transfer has not yet been finalized.
The 25-year-old Egyptian international has been a prolific scorer this season, netting 15 goals in the Bundesliga. Marmoush joined Eintracht on a free transfer from Wolfsburg in 2023.
Reis is currently traveling to Manchester for a medical examination to complete his move from Palmeiras.
The club is also interested in acquiring Juventus left-back Andrea Cambiaso. However, City sources have downplayed the extent of these talks, stating that negotiations are not as advanced as reports in Italy suggest.
The Premier League champions are yet to officially confirm the signing of Uzbek defender Abdukodir Khusanov, despite agreeing a £33.6m fee with Lens for the 20-year-old.
