Mahama’s Presidency Was a Downward Spiral; He Is Not the Solution to Ghana’s Problems – Suame MCE
Suame Municipal Chief talks about NPP Achievements and Urges Voters to Focus on Progress
- NPP has generated 2.6 million jobs since taking office
- New factories established to revive struggling industries
- Mahama’s leadership led to economic decline
Suame’s Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Maxwell Fosu Boakye, has declared that former President John Mahama is not the solution Ghana needs as it looks towards the future.
He criticized Mahama’s time in office, stating that conditions were worse during his presidency.
In an interview on the ‘Ghana Se Sen’ Morning Show on Lawson TV/Radio, Hon. Fosu Boakye emphasized that Mahama’s current campaign rhetoric is misguided, reminding Ghanaians of the difficulties faced under his leadership.
“Ghanaians have carried burdens and know the reality of his administration,” he said.
Hon. Fosu Boakye pointed out the accomplishments of the current New Patriotic Party (NPP) government, highlighting the creation of 2.6 million jobs and the establishment of factories to revive struggling industries.
“Apart from Kwame Nkrumah, no government has created more factories than the NPP,” he said.
He urged voters to focus on the achievements of the NPP rather than returning to Mahama and the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
