To restore Ghana’s economy, Hon. Kofi Adams, Member of Parliament for Buem Constituency, has emphasized that the incoming President-elect, John Mahama, will require the collective support of all Ghanaians, especially in addressing the mess left behind by the Akufo-Addo government.
Speaking on Lawson TV/Radio Ghana Se Sen Morning Show, Kofi Adams highlighted the need for unity in the face of alleged corruption scandals during the NPP’s tenure.
He stressed that Mahama’s administration must have the backing of the entire nation to repair the damage caused and revitalize the country’s economy.
Healso sent a message to prospective government appointees, urging them to remain humble and recognize the weight of their victory in the December 7 elections.
“We thank the citizens of Ghana for this monumental win, but it should serve as a reminder of the significant task ahead,” he remarked.
Kofi Adams added that while the party worked tirelessly for the win, the overwhelming victory was undoubtedly a result of divine intervention.
“God’s hand was clearly in this victory, and it serves as a humbling reminder that Ghanaians have renewed their faith in both Mahama and the NDC.”
