President John Dramani Mahama has called on his ministers and presidential staffers to approach their roles with boldness, courage, and honesty as they tackle the nation’s challenges.
In a speech at the opening of a four-day Executive and Ministerial Leadership Retreat in Ada, President Mahama highlighted the need for integrity and fearless leadership to drive his administration’s reset agenda forward.
With the theme “Re-imagining Leadership in a ‘Reset’ Ghana,” the retreat aims to prepare government appointees with the strategies and mindset necessary to fulfill the President’s renewed vision for national transformation.
“This is a critical juncture for our administration,” Mahama declared. “We must make bold decisions, be courageous in our actions, and be honest in evaluating our progress. The people of Ghana expect nothing less.”
Emphasizing the importance of legacy, Mahama reminded participants that this term is his legacy period, urging all ministers and appointees to align their efforts with national goals to leave a meaningful impact.
He also encouraged open discussions on the country’s economic challenges, stressing the need for collective responsibility in advancing Ghana’s development.
