Mr. Isaac Owusu, the Director of Western Bites, speaking with Lawson News emphasized the importance of supporting local food businesses as he welcomed customers to the vibrant eatery.
“It is time Ghanaians support local foods,” Mr. Owusu said during the opening ceremony. Western Bites offers a rich menu featuring traditional Ghanaian dishes such as Akyeke, Banku with Tilapia, and a variety of local drinks that promote health and growth. While the focus remains on local flavors, the restaurant also serves a limited selection of continental dishes to suit diverse tastes.
The restaurant provides delivery services across Kumasi, ensuring that residents can enjoy authentic Ghanaian meals conveniently at home.
