Kwame Agbodza, the Minister-Designate for Roads and Highways, has acknowledged concerns about his temperament and assured his commitment to personal growth as he steps into his new role.
During his vetting on Monday, January 20, Minority Leader Alexander Afenyo-Markin raised concerns about Mr. Agbodza’s approach to interactions, which could potentially influence his performance if confirmed as Minister.
In his response, Mr. Agbodza expressed gratitude for the feedback and demonstrated a willingness to adapt. He emphasized the importance of maintaining a balanced and professional demeanor, acknowledging the need for improvement in how he communicates his passionate viewpoints.
“I want to thank colleagues for the feedback. I think it is important. They raised issues about my temperament, and you are right. When I believe in something, sometimes you tell me I should be mindful of the way I put it. I will work on it,” he assured.
